Trace U is developed to help organizations manage their workforce with greater efficiency and clarity. The system supports essential HR workflows such as task assignment, productivity tracking, and informed decision-making through real-time insights. Employees can also manage their schedules, apply for leave, and stay updated on their responsibilities — ensuring transparency and a smoother work experience for everyone.
Background
The Trace U project was initiated to support businesses in enhancing workforce efficiency and maintaining smooth operational control through digital transformation. The goal was to develop a system that brings all essential employee management tools into one user-friendly platform, enabling organizations to track performance, manage tasks, and maintain structured communication effortlessly.
Built using Bubble.io with a no-code development approach, Trace U ensures flexibility, scalability, and quick adaptability to changing business needs — without heavy technical overhead. The interface is designed with simplicity and clarity in mind, allowing both employees and managers to navigate features with ease.
